Waste Pad is experimental software. Features may change, reset, break, evolve, pause, or disappear at any time.

By entering Waste Pad, you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. USE & RESPONSIBILITY

Use at your own discretion. Do not use the system for illegal harm, exploitation, harassment, or anything that violates applicable law.

4. OWNERSHIP

Your creations (what you draw/write/generate in-session) are yours. The underlying systems, mechanics, UI, code, and software remain the property of Waste Money.

5. DATA & OBSERVATION

The system may process data needed to operate, maintain, and improve Waste Pad. Data practices may evolve as features evolve.

6. PAYMENT TERMS & NO REFUNDS

All transactions are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. No exceptions for accidental payments, changed minds, financial hardship, technical errors, or any other reason.

7. NO GUARANTEES

No guarantees of outcomes, persistence, availability, continuity, accuracy, fairness, or future behavior.
